I can't find exactly what I am looking for, do you do custom designed jewellery?
Do you accept returns?
I really hope that you won't find it necessary to get in touch about a refund, however if for any reason you receive an item and it is damaged then please send me a photo of it and we can discuss a replacement or refund.
If you are not completely satisfied with your Jewellsy purchase, then I will refund or exchange it as long as it is returned to me unworn and in its original packaging within 7 days of you receiving it.
Just get in touch and we'll work out the best way to fix any problems!
